JOB DESCRIPTION PrideStaff on behalf of an amazing company in the Fort Lauderdale area is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who has experience dealing with tradeshows and events. This dynamic individual must be able to market products by developing and implementing marketing activities via tradeshow, events and trainings. This person will also tracks sales data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; planning meetings and trade shows; developing sales tools/demo kits, maintaining databases; preparing reports, monitoring assigned budgets.This is a project until June 2026.RESPONSIBILITIES:Implements management policies and processes related to all Tradeshow and Events Marketing activitiesSponsorship requests, professional conference programs, and media relationsPromotional materials graphics requirements, procurement process, and inventory stockPlans meetings, trade shows, event and presentationsIdentifies, assembles, and coordinating requirementsEstablishes contactsDevelops schedules and assignmentsCoordinates mailing listsLogs expenses in Salesforce.comManages Tradeshow and Events Budget allocationWorks with Sales to ensure ongoing Tradeshow and Events SuccessReviews and evaluates Tradeshow and Events Sponsorship opportunitiesMonitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsMakes recommendations on events and sponsorship budgetsBe able to generate reports from Salesforce.comSupports sales staffProvides sales data, market trends, new product informationRelays customer services requestsPerforms other duties according to business needsQUALIFICATIONS:Undergraduate degree in Marketing/ Business administration/ Public Relations and a minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in Tradeshow planning and coordination, development and promotion of services, programs or organizations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Computer skills; email & general business software (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook, SalesForce, Photoshop, etc.)Demonstrated Communication skills (oral & written)Effective Planning and Organizational skillsMust have proficient typing skillsAbility to work effectively alone and within a team environmentAbility to maintain job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publicationsMust be able to submit to a background check and a drug screenPrideStaff is an equal employment opportunity employer
