In this dynamic position, you’ll work collaboratively to support the servers and overall restaurant operation, taking on various responsibilities such as timely food and drink delivery and maintaining a clean, organized environment.Following your training, here’s what you can expect as a bartaco support team member:Delivering drink and beverage orders promptly and accuratelyEnsuring food orders are efficiently and accurately delivered to guestsClear and reset tables to keep the dining area clean and welcomingMaintain a tidy dining room, adjust seating, and keep tables guest-readyGreet guests, provide menus, and ensure smooth seatingEngaging with guests by interacting and offering assistance to enhance their experienceSupporting takeout and to-go ordersAdapt to shift needs, support servers, and perform side work as requiredBeing a team member means being a team player with a positive attitude and a readiness to jump into any role that supports the team and elevates the guest experience.
