OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our dynamic team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will support various HR functions and contribute to creating a positive workplace culture. If you are passionate about human resources and eager to grow your career in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant. Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist in the preparation of HR reports and presentations for management. Help organize employee engagement activities and events. Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
