As Head of GTM Enablement at Carta, you will be responsible for leading a 10-person enablement team that works across both sales and post-sale (customer success, implementation and support). You will work with an excellent, high-achieving set of sales and CS stakeholders and in partnership with a broader 50-person GTM Operations team. Core responsibilities: Educate the business about the role of enablement and build strong partnerships with key stakeholders Build partnerships with Product Marketing, Pricing, and BizOps teams  Create a quarterly cadence that is aligned to the business and key groups Move the role of enablement from reactive to proactive and data-driven Drive cross-functional alignment and change with key partners Partner with GTM Operations to increase sales and CS performance and efficiency Measure and provide reports on the impact of enablement to the business Lead the vision for the enablement tech stack in partnership with GTM Operations to improve the systems that help our teams learn Plan and execute key events including Sales and CS Kickoffs Lead and develop a high-performing team of go-to-market enablement professionals Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to drive individual and team success The Team You'll Work With You’ll be joining a 10 person enablement team across sales and customer success, and be part of a broader 50-person GTM Ops team that drives data, strategy and operations across all GTM Functions. This role reports into our VP of GTM Operations.  This is a San Francisco or New York City based role with 3 days a week in office. Most key stakeholders, teammates and partners work out of the San Francisco office. About You 10+ years of experience in GTM (Sales, CS) enablement Demonstrated success in building partnerships with key partners Strategic problem solver who can take broad visions to develop structured plans, actions and metrics to execute those plans Experience with Sandler or other sales methodologies and how to implement and leverage them Deep experience and passion for understanding the products your team enables Exceptional communicator with experience building relationships in complex SaaS organizations Nice to have: current or past experience leading a sales or CS team At Carta, you’re not just an employee. Our minimum cash compensation (salary + commission if applicable) range for this role is: $195,000 - $260,000 in San Francisco, CA.
