And we believe compensation should match that impact: meritocratic, transparent, and designed to reward the skills, ownership, and excellence you bring.The OpportunityWe’re seeking a high-performing Account Executive (AE) to drive revenue growth by securing and expanding relationships with enterprise clients and large-scale commercial accounts.As an AE, you’ll own the full sales cycle—from strategy to close—working directly with property owners, asset managers, developers, and key stakeholders. You’ll partner closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities and with operations to ensure seamless project execution.If you’re a strategic closer, relationship builder, and revenue driver ready to work in a high-performance sales culture, this is your opportunity to make a significant impact.Key ResponsibilitiesEnterprise Sales Strategy & ExecutionOwn the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, closing, onboarding, and ensuring customer success.Develop and execute account strategies to land, grow, and retain key accounts.Manage a portfolio of enterprise and large commercial clients.Pipeline & Revenue GrowthCollaborate with BDRs to build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.Consistently achieve or exceed revenue targets through strategic selling.Leverage CRM and data tools to track, forecast, and manage sales activities.Relationship ManagementBuild deep, trusted relationships with property owners, asset managers, facility directors, general contractors, and developers.Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to their goals.Represent Occidental Roofing professionally in networking events, trade shows, and industry functions.Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with operations, production, and leadership to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams to drive outcomes.Market IntelligenceStay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts.Provide insights to leadership to inform sales strategy and positioning.QualificationsRequiredMaster’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.OR7+ years of enterprise sales experience, with a proven track record of closing six-figure+ deals.Experience selling complex solutions to enterprise or large commercial clients.Strong background in relationship management, negotiation, and consultative selling.Mastery of sales CRM tools and pipeline management.Excellent communication, presentation, and deal-structuring skills.A startup mindset: high energy, adaptability, ownership mentality.PreferredExperience in roofing, construction, facilities management, or capital improvement sales.Existing network in commercial real estate, property management, or developmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.Bilingual (Spanish a plus).Why Join UsCompetitive Pay & Performance-Based Rewards$200,000 - $250,000 On-Target Earnings (OTE).Quarterly + annual performance bonuses.Vehicle and meals allowance.Clear path toward Sales leadership or Enterprise Account Director roles.Direct exposure to executive leadership and strategic decision-making.Equity eligibility (available upon 12 months of service and exceeding performance targets).Comprehensive Benefits PackageHealth insurance.401(k) plan.Paid time off (PTO).Company expense card.Professional development opportunities.Location and Work ScheduleOffice Location: Tempe and Phoenix (hybrid).Territory: Entire state of Arizona.TravelRegular in-state travel.Occasional national travel for enterprise clients and industry events.PIee61ca17e60b-30511-38109579
