Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly, conducting needs-assessment discussions Guide vehicle selection, test drives, and vehicle demonstrations Engage with clients, identify and capture their requirements, and tailor every interaction to provide a personalized experience. Structure the deal and appraise trades using our state-of-the-art software (with manager support available as needed) Present finance & insurance products in a professional, transparent manner Obtain lender approvals directly, finalize paperwork, and ensure a stress-free vehicle delivery Follow up afterward to maintain high guest satisfaction and loyalty Provide a fast, fair and transparent vehicle purchasing process. Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Adept at handling various web-based platforms, including DMS, CMS, and email tools, in an entirely digital, paperless setting.Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, every time Self-motivated with a passion for cars and clients. Exceptionally quick learner, capable of rapidly mastering new skills and adapting to changing environments.
