With a presence in over 30 countries and headquartered in France, we drive technological innovation, optimize industrial performance, and support clients throughout the entire product lifecycle.In the aerospace sector, we work closely with leading OEMs, providing expertise in design, manufacturing, testing, and project management to help solve complex engineering challenges while championing sustainability and innovation.Job DescriptionAct as the on-site representative of the project team at the client’s New Hampshire facility.Conduct field surveys to evaluate current operating methods and processes.Identify and document operational dysfunctions, providing first-level analysis of findings.Collaborate with the engineering team to study potential optimization solutions.Support and lead the implementation of approved improvement initiatives.Maintain close interaction with client stakeholders across operations, production management, quality, logistics, and maintenance teams.Report regularly on progress, observations, and results to both the client and the project team.QualificationsEngineering/industrial technician background with minimum 10 years experience in industrial environment (aeronautics, automotive, railway, etc.), in production environmentExperience in continuous improvement and/or industrial transformation projects (study + implementation)Knowledge of production processes, maintenance, logistics, automationLean manufacturing awarenessAnalytical and critical thinkingAutonomousGood written and oral communicationTechnical and organizational analysis capabilityProficiency in technical English and technical FrenchIntermediate proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint)AutoCAD knowledge would be a plusCommunicate effectively in both English and French with team members and client stakeholders.Additional InformationLenght of contract: 3 months
