Commercial Cleaning Janitorial Technician - Cleaner Robstown Area after 5pm 10-20 hours a week We are looking for a person who: Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic Is able to work alone Enjoys being on their feet and moving around Is reliable, friendly, and detail oriented Has reliable transportation We offer: Advancement opportunities Employee referral bonuses at 30, 60, and 90 days 401k, Medical/Dental/Vision Discount Program, and Pay Advance through PayActive if needed Professional training Job location in the same community that you live, work and/or attend school Schedules that work with your home, work and/or school hours Job DutiesPerform assigned tasks on a timely and consistent basis following the building's task and frequency schedule. Tasks will include a mix of the following: Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors. Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces. Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls. Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap. Clean entrance glass and other interior glass. Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders. Work effectively with other team members. Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies. Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners. Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners. Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor. Qualifications: Ability to communicate in English Education and work history that demonstrates strong work ethic and responsibility Ability to work independently and as a team member Must care about quality Must be detailed oriented and work at an efficient pace Must be able to lift and carry 35 pounds Physically able to be on feet, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, pull, push, kneel, and crouch during an entire shift Must be reliable and have own transportation Must be able to pass a criminal background check Thank you for your interest in working for our independently owned and operated Office Pride franchise.
