Commercial Cleaning Janitorial Technician - Cleaner - Day 9am-3pm Part TimeWe are looking for a person who:Demonstrates honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethicIs able to work aloneEnjoys being on their feet and moving aroundIs reliable, friendly, and detail orientedHas reliable transportationWe offer:Advancement opportunities401k, Medical/Dental/Vision Discount Program, and Pay Advance through PayActive if neededProfessional trainingJob location in the same community that you live, work and/or attend schoolSchedules that work with your home, work and/or school hoursJob DutiesPerform assigned tasks on a timely and consistent basis following the buildings task and frequency schedule. Tasks will include a mix of the following:Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors.Dust work surfaces, other furniture, and other horizontal and vertical surfaces.Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls.Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap.Clean entrance glass and other interior glass.Respond positively and promptly to customer work orders.Work effectively with other team members.Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures, including safety, door lock, time & attendance, and uniform policies.Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners.Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners. Report building and equipment maintenance issues to supervisor.Qualifications:Ability to communicate in EnglishEducation and work history that demonstrates strong work ethic and responsibilityAbility to work independently and as a team memberMust care about qualityMust be detailed oriented and work at an efficient paceMust be able to lift and carry 35 poundsPhysically able to be on feet, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, pull, push, kneel, and crouch during an entire shiftMust be reliable and have own transportationMust be able to pass a criminal background checkThank you for your interest in working for our independently owned and operated Office Pride franchise.
