You prepare and cook delicious bbq meals on a regular basis while ensuring compliance with all culinary standards. To ensure consistent quality, you supervise all kitchen areas. You are a hands-on leader who leads by example, sharing your culinary talents as you mentor our staff.You empower our kitchen staff to provide excellent customer service, and you take any guest complaints seriously. Goal-oriented, you work to continually improve guest and staff satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget of our restaurant.
