Not to mention, we foster a company culture that promotes respect, a friendly environment, and a drama-free workplace for our amazing team of employeesWHAT THIS MANAGER ROLE ENTAILSAs our Plumbing Field Manager, your day is both dynamic and rewarding. You kick off your morning by diving into project plans and collaborating closely with our talented team to develop detailed estimates and scopes of work for both residential and commercial projects. You interact with clients and insurance adjusters, creating precise Xactimate bids and moisture mappings that ensure smooth project execution. Your keen eye for detail shines as you handle change orders and perform quantity surveys from plans and job walks, all while providing top-tier customer service that leaves a lasting impression.QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR PLUMBING FIELD MANAGERExperience in preparing and developing estimates and scopes of work for residential and commercial projectsProficient in creating moisture mappings, daily monitoring sheets, and Xactimate bids for insurance reviewAbility to prepare and develop change orders promptly for existing projectsSkilled in procuring signed change orders for supplemental work outside the original scopeCompetence in performing quantity surveys from plans and job walks, with strong documentation and organizational skillsExperience in creating and preparing proposal and bid documentsCommitment to providing excellent customer service to clients and insurance partnersProven track record in negotiating scopes of work with insurance adjusters to facilitate claim closuresFlexibility to adapt to changing duties as assignedExcited to bring your estimating expertise to a company that values your skills?
