Not to mention, we foster a company culture that promotes respect, a friendly environment, and a drama-free workplace for our amazing team of employeesABOUT THIS SUPERVISOR ROLEAs our Plumbing Field Supervisor, your day starts with reviewing project plans and collaborating with our team. In this estimating position, you prepare detailed estimates and scopes of work for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and profitability. Throughout the day, you'll engage with clients and insurance adjusters, creating Xactimate bids and moisture mappings to facilitate smooth project management.
