Overview As a Leasing Hub Associate, you’ll be part of our Center of Excellence (COE), generating excitement about Cortland’s communities and connecting prospective residents with the perfect apartment home—all from a centralized contact center. You’ll nurture incoming leads, build relationships over the phone, and set the stage for a successful in-person leasing experience.The ideal candidate is persuasive, proactive, and energized by connecting with others. If you’re a natural communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-focused environment, this is your chance to make a big impact.Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents across phone, email, and text channelsDeliver engaging, informative, and personalized outreach to match future residents with ideal communitiesBuild deep knowledge of Cortland communities, pricing, amenities, and local markets to advise prospects accuratelyGenerate appointments by nurturing and converting 80 - 120 leads per dayDrive tour traffic and occupancy by booking high-quality appointments for on-site leasing teamsCollaborate closely with onsite teams to align on availability, resident needs, and community updatesMaintain accurate records in OneSite, L2L, and CRM platformsContinuously improve your performance through feedback, coaching, and community visits**THIS IN NOT A COMMUNITY BASED LEASING CONSULTANT ROLE. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in a contact center environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to build rapportStrong typing, multitasking, and computer skillsBilingual fluency (English/Spanish) preferredExperience using OneSite, L2L, or similar leasing platformsComfort working in a structured, fast-paced environment with KPIs and goalsFlexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed About Cortland Founded in 2005, Cortland is an international, vertically integrated multifamily real estate investment, development, and management firm with a resident-centric approach to living experiences.
