Summit Property Management is hiring a Superstar Leasing Consultant for our corporate office in Dallas.Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.Top Notch Leasing experience required.*Leasing Consultant (Corp.)**Responsibilities:*(include, but are not limited to)* Contact prospects and assist them with information about the community* Set appointments for Tours of the property and target apartments/model* Ensure CRM-Knock is utilized to generate and maximize traffic* Verify apartment availability and pricing is accurate* Assist prospects in applying online* Coordinate with onsite teams of apartments being toured, tour routes* Listen to all prospect requests, complaints, and comments* Partner with the Marketing team with website accuracy and visual impact* Complete market surveys* Complete monthly Training* All duties as assigned*Minimum Qualifications:** High school diploma or equivalent, some college-level education preferred* 1+ years of on-site leasing experience* Bilingual preferred (Spanish)* Possesses superior customer service attitude* Computer proficiency, including MS Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook* One-Site experience preferred* Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations*Physical Demands: *The job is prominently sedentary.
