Job Description Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager Job Summary Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Senior Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually 401(k) Responsibilities Manage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks. Build and maintain strong client relationships, delivering exceptional service and advocacy. Handle renewals, service requests, claims, billing, and new policy processing. Maintain a thorough understanding of market appetites, underwriting guidelines, and submission procedures. Review applications, policies, endorsements, and audits for accuracy. Coordinate renewal business information with the department manager. Qualifications/Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Commercial Account Management. Licenses: Active Property & Casualty License required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software preferred. Soft Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Self-motivated with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Professional demeanor and positive attitude. Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and insurance. #LI-MB6
