Job#: 3011183 Job Description: Job Title: System AdministratorLocation: Remote - must be able to work EST hoursType: 6+ Month ContractAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced ImageRight System Administrator to maintain and optimize our enterprise content management platform. This role focuses on system administration, workflow management, and supporting upgrades while collaborating with infrastructure teams.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain ImageRight software and related components.Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.Create and maintain workflows, folders, and drawers within ImageRight.Implement free-text search capabilities for document retrieval.Monitor system health and performance; troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes.Plan and support ImageRight upgrades and ensure compatibility with Windows and SQL environments.Maintain documentation and provide user training as needed.Required Skills & ExperienceHands-on experience administering ImageRight (Vertafore product).Strong understanding of workflow automation and document management systems.Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server environments.Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Preferred / Nice to HaveExperience with REST API integrations and retiring SOAP services.Knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation and infrastructure migrations.Familiarity with Dynatrace, F5 load balancers, and firewall rules.Exposure to elastic storage, PRN configurations, and FileNet.Ability to optimize SQL queries and work with database performance tools.Understanding of enterprise-scale modernization projects.
