We are searching for polite, professional Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representatives. Our Customer Service Representatives will assist customers on behalf of a leading Telecommunications company with the goal of making them part of the family Our amazing Team of Leaders will be there to support you on your pathway to success Training schedule is Monday-Friday 10am – 7pm, Production schedule is Sunday-Thursday 10am EST – 7:pm EST TRAINING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONSITEOnboarding Date: January 14, 2026Training Start Date: January 19, 2026 Pay Rate: $17/per hour + $1 premiumResponsibilities:Representatives must demonstrate active listening skills and the ability to be assertive in position product/service benefits with a goal of engaging the Customer.Must be motivated and able to work in a team environment. Able to work with your team members to meet individual and team level performance, quality, and productivity expectations.Can be counted on – Is reliable and self-motivated in managing call efficiencies.Work to drive first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.Deliver amazing customer service by connecting with your customer and demonstrating a caring and empathetic approach during each engagementRequirements:Experience in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail location, demonstrating the ability to provide customers with the best options that fit their needs is preferred.Must be computer Savvy and be able to type 25 words per minute.Problem-solving skills.Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.Education Requirement: High School Diploma, GED or College
