A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve an elementary school setting in Anoka, MN. This role focuses on supporting the communication needs of students, promoting their academic success and social development through specialized speech and language interventions.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student speech and language challengesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroomMaintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessionsParticipate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support holistic student developmentProvide guidance and training to school personnel regarding speech-language best practicesQualifications:Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of MinnesotaExperience working with elementary-aged children in a school environmentStrong knowledge of speech and language disorders, interventions, and assessment toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholdersAbility to manage caseload efficiently and meet documentation requirementsCommitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational atmosphereBenefits of this contract position include working in a dynamic school environment where your expertise directly impacts children's communication abilities and educational outcomes.
