Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve an elementary school setting in Anoka, MN. This role focuses on supporting the communication needs of students, promoting their academic success and social development through specialized speech and language interventions. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify student speech and language challenges Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into the classroom Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support holistic student development Provide guidance and training to school personnel regarding speech-language best practices Qualifications: Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Minnesota Experience working with elementary-aged children in a school environment Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders, interventions, and assessment tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders Ability to manage caseload efficiently and meet documentation requirements Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive educational atmosphere Benefits of this contract position include working in a dynamic school environment where your expertise directly impacts children's communication abilities and educational outcomes.
