Location: Dallas, TX Summary: Home Technology Sales Reps. are responsible forprospecting, presenting products and services tohomeowners, builders, and small commercial owners. Responsible for sellingto customersand growing their assigned market. Sales repswill ensureproper documentation for sales agreements and proposals, existing customer engagement, and continuous communication with repsare responsible formeeting established quotas/sales performance targets. What You’ll Do: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas. Prospect for new clients and establish mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals to develop into new sales. Inspect and review physical premises, design system requirements in accordance with client’s needs. Prepare documents according to establish company guidelines. Close sales and offer exceptional customer service & follow-up. Monitor job progress, demonstrate operation of security system including a final “walk-through” with clients. What You’ll Need: High School or GED A minimum of 1-Year Prospecting Sales A minimum of 1- Year Outside Sales Sales ability/persuasiveness Self-starter Valid Driver's License Needs to be Savvy in Using Social Media to Increase Sales Leads.
