ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our legacy office opened on January 1, 2015, and our second office followed on October 1, 2022. Our team consists of 12 total members. Tenured team members enjoy a 36-hour workweek, with 'Flexible Fridays' and a $2800 health insurance stipend for full-time employees. Additionally, we offer an Annual Incentive Plan, where full-time team members can earn annual bonuses ranging from $2500 to $7500 based on team agency metrics.

In 2023/24, our team developed our 'Core Values,' which reflect who we are as an agency. We are deeply committed to community-focused donation events, such as the Richfield Food Drive, Winter Gear Drive, and Penn Fest. Our agency's involvement in these initiatives is driven by the team and has become a fun and meaningful part of our culture. We are also quite active on social media, where our impact in the community is evident.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Karl Herman - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

 RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
