Apply today and be part of a team that values your growth and success.Compensation:$65,000+ at planResponsibilities:Engage with potential clients in the Detroit-Livonia-Dearborn area to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our mission.Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand your professional network and increase brand awareness.Utilize our comprehensive training resources to continuously improve your sales techniques and product knowledge. Track and report your sales activities and progress, using data to refine your approach and achieve targets.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues that arise.Attend all virtual and live trainings as well as team meetings.Qualifications:Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is a plus, but not required.Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and industry trends.Comfortable with using digital tools and platforms for tracking sales activities and client interactions.Must have a valid driver's license as well as a working, reliable vehicle.Able to commute within a 50-mile radius to meet with clients.About CompanyHere at Pinnacle Financial Group, we represent the best final expense provider in the United States.
