Description We are looking for an experienced paralegal to join our legal team supporting the company’s operations in the Americas. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of paralegal experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter with strong organizational and creative problem-solving skills. Under minimum supervision, the paralegal will provide accurate and timely responses to inquiries from employees and internal and external legal counsel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Review and negotiate a variety of standard agreements with vendors and customers including non-disclosure agreements, marketing agreements, influencer agreements, after-sales service agreements.Support litigation discovery, including the collection and production of documents, and communicating with outside counsel regarding the same. Organize and coordinate responses to document requests, subpoenas, and other records requests in connection with civil, administrative, and criminal investigations or proceedings. Represent the legal department internally and respond to employee inquiries about department processes and procedures. Assist with operations including outside counsel engagements and outside counsel billing; contribute to the development of policies and procedures; respond to requests for executed contracts. Organize, label, and file contracts and case materials as directed. All other duties as assigned.
