Must be at least 21 years of age. 2. A bachelors degree in human services, social services, clinical services, health service management or other pertinent fields of study is preferred; 3. 2 + years of work experience preferred. 4. Must be able to communicate effectively utilizing oral, written, and technical modes of communication. 5. Must be computer literate and capable of utilizing word processing and spreadsheet programs. 6. Must be a professional representative of the organization to the community and any other outside entities. 7. Must be able to lead by example as demonstrated by consistently timeliness, task delegation, constant follow-up, offering direction, and always being available to clients and employees alike in a supporting role. 8. Must be able to assess the necessary steps to take to resolve dilemmas that may be outside the scope of regulatory, company, or industry standards. 9. Must be very organized and able to complete standard office tasks with minimal assistance. 10. Must demonstrate sound judgment when making decisions, considering client rights, internal and external politics, and existing hierarchies. Castle Senior Living is an equal opportunity employer.
