As a leader on the team, you leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.Job responsibilitiesOversees the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targetsLeads the entire product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks, and achieving business targets like cost, features, reusability, and reliability to support growthCoaches and mentors the product team on best practices, such as solution generation, market research, storyboarding, mind-mapping, prototyping methods, product adoption strategies, and product delivery, enabling them to effectively deliver on objectivesOwns product performance and is accountable for investing in enhancements to achieve business objectivesMonitors market trends, conducts competitive analysis, and identifies opportunities for product differentiationDefine and execute the strategic roadmap for investigations capabilities, ensuring alignment with Global Security’s transformation goalsOversee the entire product lifecycle—planning, execution, and future development—while adapting to emerging risks and regulatory changesDeliver measurable improvements in investigative efficiency, risk mitigation, and operational resilienceMonitor market trends and internal needs to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovationCoach and mentor product teams on best practices, including agile delivery, prioritization, and value managementPartner with Investigations Product Delivery teams and intake/triage product teams to ensure seamless end-to-end workflowsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise delivering products, projects, or technology applicationsExtensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analyticsProven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value managementExperience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functionsDeep expertise in Agile development principles and ability to apply them in complex environmentsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsRecognized thought leader within a related fieldExperience driving innovation and operational efficiency in global organizationsFamiliarity with regulatory compliance requirements and enterprise risk managementStrong communication and influencing skills across senior stakeholdersAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight timelines
