Job Description Sundance is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our retail team in Salt Lake City, UT. Sundance is a leading omni-channel specialty retailer with headquarters located in Salt Lake City, UT. Founded in 1969 by Robert Redford, Sundance is a unique brand that supports artistic endeavors and focuses on creativity, originality, and inspiration. Summary The Sales Associate partners with store management to drive sales by delivering outstanding customer service and providing persistent attention to detail in assisting and selling goods to customers. They will contribute to merchandising maintenance, restocking, general housekeeping duties, and maintaining a positive work environment. Responsibilities Customer Service/Sales 1. Customer service is key; we are here to enhance the customer experience by outfitting them from head to toe 2. Tell the product story, features, and benefits of our unique merchandise offering 3. Inform customers of our website and catalog, offering to put them on our mailing list 4. Process point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently 5. Maintain visual integrity by regular cleaning and dusting 6. Assist in receiving and replenishing merchandise as needed 7. Maintain a high level of awareness regarding loss prevention and safety 8. Other duties as assigned by a member of management Qualifications • 1+ years of retail sales experience • Personal sales and service achievements • Proficient use of retail POS, ordering, and inventory management systems • Ability to stand for long periods of time. • Lift and carry merchandise, typically weighing up to 25 lbs. • Bend, stoop, and reach to organize shelves and assist customers. • Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
