Your mission Raise the bar on product quality and manufacturing performance across our automotive powertrain operations. How you'll create impact Implement and sustain plant Quality System practices alongside the Quality Manager. Author and run product stability and process validation protocols to confirm capability. Build quality control tests that enhance both product quality and manufacturability. Use SPC and data visualization to monitor efficiency and drive continuous improvement. Perform receiving inspections on component materials; log and resolve defects. Initiate corrective actions and attack root causes with structured problem-solving. Lead monthly Quality Meetings with dashboards, charts, and reports to verify system health. Partner with the Gage Technician to maintain precise, standards-compliant calibration. Guard documentation integrity while ensuring clear identification and traceability. Are you a fit? 8–10 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 5 years in automotive manufacturing. English fluency and the ability to communicate clearly across teams. Versatile knowledge of shop-floor equipment, tools, materials, and processes. SPC and ISO/TS training (or equivalent exposure) required. Comfortable with Excel, Word, and Photoshop.
