Run effective management review meetings with data-driven inputs and clear outputs. Ensure end-to-end compliance and continuous improvement of QMS (ISO 9001/TS 16949) and EMS (ISO 14001). Own corrective actions: documentation, follow-through, and verification of effectiveness. Control and improve all controlled documents; keep the system current and accessible. Operate and refine the quality KPI/tracking system; present accurate, up-to-date metrics. Create and maintain job instructions to enable consistent, repeatable outcomes. Partner with quality and operations to sustain process capability and compliance. Perform layered and floor audits for adherence to job instructions. Validate gaging and calibration practices meet specified requirements. What you’ll need Expert-level understanding of TS 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001 frameworks. Proven experience as a Quality Manager or Quality Engineer in manufacturing. Automotive industry background. MS Excel (formulas, sorting) and MS Word proficiency. Solid math fundamentals; excellent written and verbal communication.
