They are the expectations of all of us to help ensure we focus on winning as an organization the right way Our Winning Behaviors are: Be Customer & Results Driven Anticipate the Possibilities Collaborate & Care Communicate Responsibly Develop Self & Others Get Better Every Day We are seeking Assemblers/Packers to work Monday through Thursday from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and also on Fridays from 6 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. when overtime is required. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE: The Assembler/Packer will perform a variety of bench and structural assembly, boxing and bagging operations of parts, components, and assemblies for the company’s snowplow and Ice Control products lines and accessories. Assembly may be performed on a paced conveyor or non-paced environment. Sets up and operates machinery and equipment such as assembly and packaging, unloading parts from a powered conveyor, bagging machines, strapper, and assorted power and hand tools. Actively participates in team and total quality commitment activities. Performs designated maintenance functions; assumes ownership for quality of all products. Participates in training and 5-S activities. HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE: Ownership of the quality of your product Performs to JIs as trained Maintaining safe working conditions and 5-S Compliance with regulations, procedures, and policies Scrap reduction and control Meeting production plan and standards (produce to takt) Cost control Teamwork and participation Timely preventative maintenance Reporting assembly and packaging problems or unusual workplace events to BU lead or supervisor Use a variety of material handling equipment Perform other duties as assigned WHAT WE OFFER YOU: Starting pay at $18.00 per hour A fulfilling career with the ability to contribute to an Industry leader A comprehensive suite of benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience A generous k match Profit sharing for all full-time employees
