Maintenance Job Details:
Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift | 12 hour days
Pay Rate: $25+ (depending on experience)
Maintenance Job Description:
- Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance on production and packaging equipment.
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Assist in equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation in the CMMS system.
- Follow all safety policies, GMPs, and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to resolve equipment issues quickly and effectively.
- Support plant sanitation and facility maintenance as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a food manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting experience preferred.
- Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment and lift up to 50 lbs.
