Operations DirectorSeeking an Operations Director who can take ownership of day-to-day production, strengthen the team, and keep projects moving on time and on budget within the flexographic printing industry. They’re looking for a strong leader who understands the pace and demands of this industry and can drive performance, efficiency, and profitability.Responsibilities• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing production team• Oversee daily operations to ensure schedules, quality standards, and delivery timelines are met• Manage budgets, control costs, and drive overall profitability• Develop and enforce production processes, workflows, and safety standards• Track KPIs and report on performance, production results, and continuous improvement efforts• Coordinate closely with customer service, maintenance, and leadership to keep operations running smoothly• Lead problem-solving on production issues and equipment challenges• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality expectations, and industry standardsQualifications• Minimum 8 years of management experience in flexographic printing• Proven success leading and developing teams in a fast-paced production environment• Strong understanding of flexo processes, equipment, materials, and quality controls• Experience managing budgets, production costs, and profitability• Solid scheduling and workflow planning skills• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities• Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiencyResumes can be confidentially sent to tonya.grimes@gogpac.com or call direct at (614) 324-8971.
