Responsibilities Perform routine inspections of buildings and building systemsCarry out basic plumbing work, including drilling holes on steam pipes, creating tappings, installing air vents, and replacing steam trapsPerform basic concrete and masonry work such as crack repairs, brick replacement, and minor patchingConduct basic inspections and read schematic diagrams and construction drawingsEnsure all work complies with safety requirements and applicable building regulationsWork collaboratively with team members to complete maintenance and repair projects efficientlyRespond to emergency maintenance requests when neededMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times Requirements Basic knowledge of building maintenance practicesStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to learn and develop new skillsFamiliarity with hand and power tools is a plusUnderstanding of safety protocols and regulations
