Job Description Commercial Account Executive - Real Estate Job Summary Seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Account Executive - Real Estate to join a team. In this role, you will oversee a portfolio of accounts, build and maintain strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to grow revenue within the real estate industry. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate clients. Serve as the primary account manager for key clients, developing comprehensive account strategies to drive revenue and client satisfaction. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or accounts. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client-focused services, solutions, and support. Analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions based on company offerings in real estate products or services. Negotiate contracts, agreements, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Track and report key metrics, sales progress, and account health using CRM tools. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions. Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Qualifications/Requirements Proven experience as an account manager, sales executive, or similar role within the commercial insurance industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful, long-term client relationships. Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of commercial real estate principles, markets, and industry trends. Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously. Previous experience managing accounts in the real estate or property management industries preferred.
