Summary The Healthcare IT Field Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical and workflows support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for clinicians. This position is responsible for ensuring that all healthcare IT systems and equipment are functioning properly and efficiently, and that any issues are resolved in a timely, efficient, and effective manner to support patient care. Job Requirements Education Preferred: Associates Degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience Required: 4 years of experience in Healthcare IT support or related field OR Associates Degree in Healthcare Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Skills Advanced knowledge of healthcare IT systems and regulations garnered from field experience. Ability to source IT assistance with appropriate partner support teams as necessary. Advanced client engagement skillset including mitigation and level reasoning. Ability to work in a team environment with excellent attention to detail. Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them based on urgency Takes initiative to assist with new team member training and mentoring. Licensure/Certification/Registration N/A
