The role includes PC replacements, imaging, troubleshooting, software installations, asset management, and process improvement activities. Responsibilities: Provide desktop and remote support to technical and non-technical users Image, provision, deploy, and replace PCs and equipment Troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and M issues Support mobile devices and Apple/macOS systems Install and test software, upgrades, and updates Track onboarding, shipping, and asset inventories Document work in ServiceNow Support Intune testing and Tier feedback Work with vendors on warranty cases Assist with knowledge base and process improvements Collaborate with internal teams and support special projects Required Skills: + years Senior Desktop/System Administration experience Strong Windows OS & Microsoft support Hardware imaging and deployment experience Experience supporting mobile and Apple devices ServiceNow ticketing experience Knowledge of Intune, MECM, Active Directory, Tanium, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust Strong customer service and communication skills
