Join to apply for the SAP System Administrator- Expert role at HighCloud Solutions North Carolina Department of Transportation is seeking an SAP Basis Administrator to join a growing team supporting a hybrid cloud SAP HANA based enterprise solution to NCDOT and other State Agencies. Overview This role will contribute to the evolution of the SAP HANA platform that will help NC DOT deliver best in class financial management solutions to meet the growing needs of the people of North Carolina. The role will bring significant experience in very large scale SAP HANA environments to the team. Responsibilities Support and maintain the hybrid cloud SAP HANA based enterprise solution for the State of North Carolina Department of Transportation and other State Agencies. Contribute to the evolution of the SAP HANA platform. Ensure best in class financial management solutions. Provide support for SAP Basis interfaces and administration tasks. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of each year of education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. U.S. citizenship or authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship not available. Preferred Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of SAP Basis experience including HANA 2.0, SDI/SDA, SLT, PI/PO, NetWeaver ICM, Gateway Services, OData, iDocs, RFCs. Experience with SAP HANA Monitoring and Management. Experience connecting SAP to external data sources including REST, SOAP, SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Sybase. In-depth knowledge of debugging and troubleshooting on native HANA. Familiarity with SDLC/Agile/Scrum methodology. Experience in leading small teams. Ability to work with globally distributed teams across time zones. Readiness to sit and work at a computer for extended periods; ability to communicate by telephone, email, or face to face; travel may be required.
