You drive cross-sector partnerships to expand program reach and effectiveness, leveraging industry insights and operational expertise to deliver measurable growth in client acquisition and retention. ResponsibilitiesProgram Management: Lead the development and implementation of innovative marketing programs and concepts that position the organization as a preferred partner in K-12 school dining.Drive cross-sector partnerships to enhance program reach and effectiveness, leveraging industry insights and operational expertise to deliver measurable growth in client acquisition and retention.Client Engagement: Oversee the coordination and execution of client-facing programs, ensuring seamless planning, delivery, and post-event analysis. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, utilizing feedback mechanisms and competitive analysis to continuously improve program outcomes and client satisfaction.B2B Marketing: Steward the organization’s brand through strategic management of external industry relationships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for effective brand positioning, collaborating with Creative Marketing and Communications teams to maximize campaign impact.Events Execution: Design and execute national tradeshow and internal event strategies that elevate brand presence and drive engagement with key audiences. Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and delivery of high-impact events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.Project Management: Provide national support for projects focused on client impact, growth, and retention. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, applying advanced project management skills to deliver results on time and within budget.
