Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Annapolis, United States. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operation, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance.The hourly range for this role is minimum wage up to $23.00. This role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. Pay will be based on experience level. Lead and inspire a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environmentDevelop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicatorsManage store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory controlEnsure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the storeOversee visual merchandising and store appearance to maximize sales and enhance customer experienceAnalyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisionsImplement and maintain loss prevention strategiesManage store finances, including budgeting, cost control, and reportingCollaborate with upper management to achieve company-wide goals and initiativesAddress and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionallyEnsure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsQualificationsQualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredProven track record of 3+ years in retail management, demonstrating leadership and sales successValid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and control costsExcellent problem-solving and inventory management skillsOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer serviceProficiency in multi-tasking and adapting to a fast-paced retail environmentDemonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop team membersExperience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail management softwareKnowledge of retail merchandising and visual display techniquesFamiliarity with loss prevention strategies and practicesWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and perform various movements required in a store environmentAdditional informationWork Environment & Physical Requirements: This job operates in an automotive shop environment. The job will have exposure to a moderate noise level, adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt, and dust. General Service Technicians must be able to complete the following but not limited to: Ability to work flexible hours, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to see, and lift, carry and stock merchandise and supplies up to 50 lbs. without assistance. Frequent standing and walking for long periods of time.
