This hybrid role offers steady hours, a professional environment, and the opportunity to grow your administrative skill set.Job Details for Receptionist / Switchboard Operator:Location: Mentor, OH 44060Pay Rate: $22/hrSchedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmJob Responsibilities for Receptionist / Switchboard Operator:Greet visitors, assist applicants, and manage high-volume incoming callsIssue visitor badges, facility access cards, and maintain phone/speed-dial listsSchedule meeting rooms and provide light administrative support (PC help, labels, compiling manuals)Assist with daily mailroom operations alongside team members (minimal lifting)Support company and community initiatives while maintaining strong customer relationshipsJob Requirements for Receptionist / Switchboard Operator:High school diploma requiredMinimum 2+ years of switchboard or reception experienceExcellent customer service, communication, and multitasking skillsBasic proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel preferred)Ability to perform light physical tasks (lifting under 10 lbs)IND98 PeopleShare is the leading Staffing Agency in the region and has temporary to hire and permanent jobs across 8 states.
