Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.Sr Receptionist & Switchboard Administrative SupportMentor, OH (Onsite with free parking)12/08/2025 - 07/31/2026Shift: Mon-Fri; 8 AM to 5 PM ESTInterview: OnsiteJob Description:Job Responsibilities Support reception duties at the client's front desk Assist in the mailroom alongside other Ricoh employees Not a pure reception position; responsibilities are split between front desk and mailroom Minimal lifting involved Qualifications High school diploma required Minimum 2+ years of prior switchboard experience Skills & Abilities MS Office Suite experience preferred (especially Word and Excel) Excellent customer service skills Detail-oriented Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Working Conditions & Physical Demands Office environment with standard lighting, ventilation, temperature, and noise levels Daily contact within the department Occasional stress due to cyclical workload pressures Mostly sedentary work with occasional walking, standing, bending, reaching, and lifting (typically under 10 lbs) Regular use of basic tools and coordination (calculator, keyboard, hand tools)Metasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
