Summary
Manage and support large wholesale distributors who sell Structural Connector and Hardy Frame product lines into the Lumber and Building Material (LBM) dealer channel. Collaborate with distributors and internal stakeholders to ensure our company is appropriately positioned across the residential construction supply chain to optimize sales and market presence. This role collaborates with specifiers, homebuilders, contractors, LBM dealers, and code officials.Job Responsibilities & Requirements

Qualifications
Bachelors Related Field required 2+ Years experience in technical B2B sales required 2+ Years experience working for or with Distribution preferred 2+ Years experience in the residential and/or commercial construction industry required Experience in a specification driven industry preferred Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis Able to use Microsoft Office Applications Soft Skills
Effective communication skills including the ability to clearly articulate ideas and information, actively listen, and adapt communication style to various audiences, including distributors, internal teams, and industry professionals. Collaboration skills including the ability to foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and distributors, working seamlessly as a team to achieve common sales objectives and support the overall company strategy. Must demonstrate the ability to address challenges proactively, find innovative solutions, and resolve channel conflicts to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. This role may need to access areas within the building that are undergoing renovations which may contain jobsite hazards. Occasionally this role will required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
