This role is for a passionate individual who specifically enjoys arming marketers and agency clients with data and insights helping support and inform their marketing strategies. What you’ll do: • Evangelizes strategic advertising opportunities and sponsorship deals to major advertisers• Engages in developing and implementing processes to ensure effective proposal production and account management• Expert at designing and selling scalable, long-term programs that align with core business objectives and deliver measurable enterprise impact.• Consistently surpass individual sales quotas through disciplined pipeline leadership and expert execution of high-value, multi-stakeholder deals• Forge and strengthen executive-level relationships with C-suite decision-makers and senior stakeholders, positioning SiriusXM as a trusted strategic partner• Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of client objectives, market position, budget priorities, and competitive landscape to shape long-term growth strategies• Lead negotiations to structure and close complex, multi-stakeholder agreements that drive transformative growth and sustained long-term value What you’ll need:• Must have 7-8 + years digital advertising sales experience• Experience in digital media advertising sales, with a focus on Fortune 500 clients.• Proven success in developing, managing and growing large, complex accounts.• Expert knowledge of advertising solutions, including programmatic, data strategy, and measurement.• Proven track record as a valued partner, trusted stakeholder, and problem solver.• Expert understanding of media planning and buying processes at brands and agencies.• Expert negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.• Expert skills leading strategic client meetings and delivering compelling presentations that inspire commitment and action.• Expert skills collaborating cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to deliver best-in-class solutions and service.• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events. At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $115,000 to $201,000 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
