Key Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently. Implement and optimize production processes to enhance productivity and reduce waste. Manage, train, and develop manufacturing staff, fostering a high-performance culture. Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards and safety regulations across all operations. Monitor and control operational budgets, identifying opportunities for cost reduction. Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely material availability and product delivery. Proven ability to manage production budgets, optimize resource allocation, and drive cost efficiencies. Strong leadership and team development skills with a track record of fostering a high-performance culture. Solid understanding of safety regulations, quality systems (e.g., ISO), and supply chain principles. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle. Experience implementing automation technologies or Industry 4.0 initiatives. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
