Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive classroom practices and differentiate instruction. Maintain accurate and timely documentation including progress reports, service logs, and IEP records. Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, problem-solving team meetings, and other school-based planning sessions. Utilize assistive technology, behavior support plans, and other accommodations/modifications as needed to support student access and success. Foster a positive, safe, and supportive classroom culture that promotes respect, engagement, and independence. Stay current with best practices, laws, and professional development in the field of special education.
