It is the responsibility of the EC Teacher to provide training and assistance to the Assistant Teacher (if applicable) in developing group/individual activity plans, classroom management and procurement of needed teaching materials and supplies.  Qualifications: � 48 hours of college courses and proficient knowledge in the area of child development. Experience with children with special needs preferred.
