Vivo HealthStaff is recruiting for a National Director of Payer Partnerships. This is a permanent position with salary, equity, and benefits. Our client is a technology-enabled healthcare organization supporting family caregivers in managing dementia care at home. They operate as a CMS GUIDE participant and deliver turnkey programs that reduce costs, improve outcomes, and require no clinical lift or in-home visits. Their mission centers on supporting the 7.2 million individuals living with dementia and their families. The organization is scaling rapidly with multi-million-dollar agreements and competitive compensation structures. In this role, you will lead the Medicare Supplement payer vertical, managing complex enterprise sales cycles (6-8+ months) with deal sizes of $15M and above. You will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and play a key role in shaping payer growth strategy for 2026 and beyond. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategy for Medicare Supplement payer partnerships • Drive full-cycle enterprise sales from prospecting to close • Build relationships with senior leadership across payer organizations • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support proposal development and program implementation • Provide strategic input to executive leadership on market trends and opportunities Qualifications • Six or more years of experience in payer sales with a focus on Medicare Supplement plans • Demonstrated success closing large, complex deals within the Medicare space • Proven track record in new business development (hunter mentality) • Experience working in a high-growth startup environment • Bachelor’s degree required Compensation Base salary of approximately $150,000 annually with total expected earnings of $300,000 to $350,000 including performance-based incentives and equity participation.
