Key Responsibilities Review and oversee tax returns prepared by junior staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Mentor and train team members with 2–3 years of experience, fostering their technical and professional growth.Manage multiple client engagements with minimal preparation responsibilities—focus on review and quality control.Provide guidance on tax issues and support senior leadership on complex matters.Build strong relationships with clients and serve as a reliable point of contact. Qualifications CPA or EA license (CPA required for future Manager promotion; EA acceptable at Senior/Supervisor level).4–8 years of public accounting experience in tax, with a strong emphasis on review work.Background from a mid-sized firm preferred (not Big 4, not very small firms).Proven ability to mentor, review work product, and provide constructive feedback.Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Compensation Competitive salary based on experience level (4–8 years).Unlimited PTO.Year-end performance bonus.
