If you’re looking for a role where you make a difference every day, start your application today.Compensation:$14 - $16 hourlyResponsibilities:Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date Complete other administrative duties as needed such as data entry, paperwork, photocopying, etc. Answer phone calls and emails and communicate relevant information to the appropriate parties Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or informationAssure incoming and outgoing mail is managed appropriately, and handle deliveriesQualifications:High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations1+ year of front desk receptionist experience or related job experience preferredExhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skillsPossesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skillsAbout CompanyWe are a local Certified Public Accounting office in Grand Rapids, MI.
