You will define and uphold the highest standards of nursing practice, ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional resident care. Your leadership will inspire and empower a dedicated clinical team to deliver outstanding service and compassionate support every day.Key Responsibilities: Define, implement, and maintain nursing practice standards within the facilityEnsure adherence to all federal, state, and local healthcare regulationsLead, oversee, and support all nursing staff through planning, education, supervision, and evaluationVerify staff competency and provide ongoing training to maintain excellenceManage nursing department operations efficiently within budgetary guidelinesOversee health and wellness of residents via consistent monitoring and communicationNavigate and apply state Survey Rules & Regulations, Medicare, and Medicaid requirements Qualifications: 3-5 years of Director of Nursing or equivalent leadership experience preferredCurrent Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license is requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage your teamExtensive knowledge of long-term care regulations and compliance standardsProven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and complex operations Why Join Us?
