Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.JOB DESCRIPTION:Position Title: Maintenance PlannerLocation: Bedford, NHDepartment: EngineeringReporting To: Project EngineerResponsible For (Staff): NoThe Maintenance Planner leads efforts to improve work force productivity, increase the efficiency/quality of maintenance work, and lead teams in preparation of maintenance work to achieve a high degree of quality completion for planned work.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Interacts with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and managers to identify key criteria to aid in the scheduling of maintenance work.Prioritization of work packages, plan resource commitments, verifying parts needed for maintenance work.Manage tracking open work requests and work packages that have been planned and are awaiting scheduling.Maintain CMMS database master data including updates to maintenance plans and spare parts requirements.Develops and maintains tracking spreadsheets to provide performance metrics and trend analysis of the maintenance organization.Prepares, sends, and updates critical maintenance scheduling communications to team members.Conduct meetings related to both planning and scheduling to ensure good communication within team.Highly skilled in prioritizing assignments and establishing effective working relationships.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.QUALIFICATIONS:Required:High School diploma or GED required; relevant technical or trade experience preferred.2–5+ years of relevant experience in maintenance planning; preferably in a cGMP / pharmaceutical settingProficiency with CMMS software (e.g., MAXIMO, SAP, BMRAM)Experience in Six Sigma, Lean, or similar continuous improvement methodologiesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsResults-driven with a high commitment to quality and complianceSpecial Demands:Valid driver’s license required Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs #LI-RS1Join us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
